Okay, I'm not gonna lie, these wheels are a little rough. They'll need new tires, and are curbed up. The paint on two of the wheel is actually a matte, as opposed to the other two which are semi-gloss. But they can still be balance, are not bent, and will make fine winter or beater wheels. I've been told that they can be repaired if needed. I would rather have these picked up, but shipping will be at buyers expense.
