FYI, I just looked into reserving the same pavilion and found out there are absolutely no pavilions available on the 31st. Not cool!

The same pavilion we always use is available the next day though. So my proposition, and I'm very very very sorry about this, is to move it to Sunday. I figured we'd have no problems getting a pavilion, even if it wasn't the same one, but there's nothing available on Saturday.

If this won't work, then someone better suggest something else.

Please see the first post for updated info. The date is final for August 1st, 2010 and we have pavilion 14 (same as past years) at Ridley Creek State Park.

I have also added the food list to the first post, as we're about 2 months out.

• Please post up in the thread what you would like to bring, as well as the quantity. Obviously one person does not have to bring enough for everyone (i.e. burgers, hot dogs, buns, etc.), but if we can get 5-6 people per item, it'll split the cost up.
• Before you post up, please take a look at the list as it will be updated constantly once people decide.
• Once your name is on the list, please make sure to bring the item. It wouldn't be good if we ended up without utensils, plates, or charcoal (or pretty much most of the items).
• If you plan on bringing an item that spoils, make sure to keep it cold on your way to the meet.
• Make sure to show up on time if you plan on bringing an item. This way we don't have to wait once we start grilling and eating.

Just so you guys/girls know, the reservation for the pavilion was $79. If you would like to contribute to the cost, I'd greatly appreciate it. If not, I won't hunt people down. Any extra past the $79 will be redistributed back to the group via some methods James and I come up with. In the past, we've given some money to the person/people who came from the furthest away to help out with gas for their return trip. If we get more than enough, we might divided it for the car show category winners. I'm not looking to make money on this, but just help offset the cost.


The list in the first post has been updated. If you are not on it and previously posted in this thread that you were coming, please let me know. If you haven't posted in here, feel free to!

car is close to being done cant wait to go again, mist last year went the first year me and one other evo the first year.

I'm thinking to bring the USRC champ evo and crew down there too. It is only can be done if there is no race close . So we might need a two tenth place LOL.
Looks like we could make it. So im planning to bring one X and one Open class evo down ther. So would make that two rally evo there.

This is coming up very fast. I can't wait for it, just praying i have off work (can't take off since i'm on all next vacation next week). Had an ok Evo showing last year, hopefully it's twice as big this year.

 

It was me and a silver evo the first year and thats it. We went alowed in the picture

 

I can't stand stuff like that, & i can guarantee it won't happen again. No one had issues with my Evo or the other 6, 7 other ones that showed up last year.

 

I'll be there again this year!
