I hit 174 there on my bike one night.. Allentown to valley forge in 21 min

 

Idk yet, i know for sure that i want the car back to stock. whether or not i keep it is still undecided.

If your willing to sell me some parts im missing that would be awesome, or even trade

 

what sucks, is b4 i can do all that, I need to replace act clutch disc, buy some parts im missing and retune or flash back to stock...guess i gotta go back to ivey??

 

let me know what you need and i'll see if i can part with it.

i think a few people on here can flash you back to stock.

 

i need stock cat, the intake hood scoop, and the hoses to from the BOV. Ill try to find the part in the evo x manual and upload pic

what about retune on stock parts, doesnt that still boost 50 hp and get better gas mileage?

Shell's and I saw 155mph one night... thats the highest I've had it up too.

 

an aggressive tune on stock parts can make it feel quicker than stock but it won't be what you have now....obviously

seriously? i purposely go 60mph max between dtown and frazer for a reason.

Go to 176 (commonly know as the test track) then, seen some crazy speeds up there too...

 

ya'll some crazy *****'s. I get my speed fix at the track where there is minimal chance of having something go wrong... and even then I'm scared of a deer jumping out in front of me or something stupid happening out of my control.


but for the record, fastest I've gone is 159 in the Z06 @ pocono... felt like 80.

i am sure on a track with other fast moving cars you don't feel your speed like you would on the street.

i don't really do crazy speeds like that unless egged on by someone. last time i was well above 100mph was a year and a half ago when laying the smack down on this riced out viii that ran like crap. i was just trying to rip on him then put tons of space between the two of us and this was with stock everything except off the shelf tune, so that car had some issues.

 

nevermind i know 176 off the turnpike.

 

You guys are nuts with all these top speed runs. The fastest I've seen in my car was about 120mph. On the streets I prefer to keep it under 110mph. I do hit 105-110 somewhat regularly though.

The guy in the video clearly needs his head examined if he was holding the camera at those speeds. Seems like a Darwin award waiting to happen.

For Sunday, I think I'm going to run in SM.

Mostly so I can skip out after the second heat, but running against people closer to my skill level would be nice as well.

I hope Amanda shows up with her Elantra.

 

i don't think i've broke 100 in the evo. Highest for me is 105 and that was in a miata and was just about all it could do :P
