Sri is a douche. Just sayin'. I came home "sick". It's been weeks of teaching new guys and being trained myself. A bad headache and sore throat was enough to make me finally throw in the towel and come home a few hours early. I almost feel guilty.

I'm not sure why you feel that way. What have I done to offend you to resort to name-calling? I understand how I could have sounded wrong in some of my posts, and I corrected myself whenever I could, and I eventually stopped because I realized I wasn't adding much to the team spirit you guys had going.

Dan was right in going "Danimal" on me and I see where he was coming from. But since you ask, all is well, I'm just not visiting the thread as much on account of being told to back off.

I'm glad I got to know you guys. I'll stop my posts on this thread hereon since you've made it clear how you feel. If I've indeed done something bad enough to be called a douche, I'm truly sorry.

everyone was cool with you until you started posting Pete's tunes on the forums so that "forum experts" with God knows what kind of experience could critique it.

that wouldn't fly with any other tuner and especially not with one who is our friend.

It had nothing to do with your posting here. Posting a ROM by a professional tuner is a big no no. On this site it can get you banned. Calling you a douche I admit was harsh and I take that back. That being said posting something a vendor (and friend to a lot of locals) worked hard and long on so any idiot with an ECUflash cable can snag it isn't cool. It's akin to downloading pirated music and software. How many hours did it take him to tune your car? I tune as well and after several years of doing it I have a massive appreciation for the level of work that goes into a well done tune. It's not just plugging in numbers and hoping they work. I guess it all depends on your ethics or understanding of how pro tunes are handled. I'm genuinely sorry for the douche comment but it really rubbed me the wrong way.
