box blockers can be pretty bad in jersey too. people love to park in the intersection when the light goes red.
its not a bad idea to hand out tickets for this, but if i know the pork patrol they will find someway to bait people and then ticket them for being slightly over the line.
its what they do with the pedestrian crossings in jersey. They care very little about protecting pedestrians (i.e no one ever gets hit in those areas anyway) and everything to do with handing out lots of $300 tickets.
