I almost bought one form them, but the car was actually sold (salesman was unaware). I think Eric got a real good price there, so perhaps you can ask him.

I bought mine in July from Salernio Duane in Jersey City. Got it for $862 Under MSRP and a free year of service ( ~ $400). Route 46, Ramsey, Newton and several others offered similar or better deals, but I was picky on the model I got.

Its BS that they drive them from the port as it seems they are just trying to save $.

Yeah, Jersey City closed down - the converted it into a Chrysler dealership.

Hmm...how far is the Newark Port rom Maywood? Maybe the ones I saw were test-driven on top of that? A couple of their salesman told me that they were driven from the port so I would not get a low-mileage one.

newark port is about 30 plus miles to maywood... so i doubt maywood drives them cause i have in the past seen the trailer with cars on it at maywood.......

So did you loose your package for the year cause i don't think any of the other dealers will honor that deal

That's the one. It's where I got my car as well.

Several saleman told me that and I saw at least 5 models with that level of mileage. Perhaps that's just an excuse and they were test-driven extensively? Believe me, I would have liked to buy from them as they were close by and had a good selection.

I called Salerno Duane up and they said they still have the Service Department in Jersey City, but most of the guys went off to Summit. They said my free maintenance will be honored as well as a credit slip to fix a couple of minor scratches that were on the car when I bought it.

How much did you pay for your model at Maywood?

Yeah, their service dept is shared with the other service dept (same building and whatnot) so that kinda makes sense. At least they seem to be handling it pretty responsibly.
