Exclamation WARNING!! Guiffree Mitsubishi Brooklyn NY

Just got back word from a very reliable source at the auction that Guiffre Mitsubishi in Brooklyn, NY purchased about 3 or 4 Evos that are complete JUNK. One of them (the red one) even has frame damage. They are going to be running these cars full retail shortly and I think the community, as a whole, should be aware about this. I've heard people who have had their time wasted with Guiffre already and almost got into one of their flim-flam Evos. Buyer beware.

The cars they picked up were EVO x's. The black one was a side impact with both suspension cradles damaged with the impact.

I was looking at a silver 06 MR getting sold by them, something doesn't seem right.

If it is the silver with the rear window spoiler and the JDM rear... word is that that has been beat to hell by the dealer...

Just be careful with what you buy.

Okay good to know, that was the one, appreciate the warning. I'm looking for a bone stock one but they are getting harder and harder to find. Either looking for a 06 IX or a X MR.

Even though I am not in the market for another evo I appreciate the heads up. Hearing stories like this really pisses me off. It sucks because those cars will get sold and the future owners will have to deal with the headache.

Not to mention the "Mitsubishi makes crap cars, won't buy one ever again!" argument that you will hear from them afterwards.

But I'll still say "Mitsubishi gives crap service/warranty, won't buy one ever again! except an evo"

Bought my X from these *******'s clutch went in 2 days. Luckly everything lines up in my car and it was looked over by another mitsu dealer cus if not i would have put the car through there front window.
I bought an extended warranty from them but i don't want it anymore there saying i can't cancel the warranty when i have had two people including the company of the contract saying its able to be canceled. So now im in the works forcing a cancel on this people.

These guys just reek of scam. Their ads are so cheesy "As seen on TV!". Another dealer that gives me the ******* is "Luxury Autos of Great Neck" aka "Auto Gallery Motors". They dominate the North East AutoTrader with ancient, non-existent inventory just to drum up traffic. Both these dealers pull that scam actually. They buy anything that moves at auction, buff it out and claim a "bizzilion point inspection" and then slap on moderately aggressive prices to push volume.
