Are there any good tuning shops in New York State? Is there a list out there anywhere?

Go to STM in Rochester, NY...I am currently in CNY, like you, in Cortland and made the daily trip to have them perform work on my car!! I absolutely recommend them!!

I had them install some minor bolt ons. They custom fabbed me a 3" exhaust section and Emery tuned it. Made great power and it is a completely different car.
