Ok, so to make a long story short...

I was pulled over in Haddon Heights for a loud muffler....

I got the ticket and i was like OK i will fight it cause this town isn't gonna rip me for 70 bucks..

Show up for court found out it was the chief of police that wrote the ticket. I still plead not guilty and was told it will go to trial.

Chief Shows up, comes up to me and says so you think your funny coming up in here thinking your going to beat me out. Go ahead and plead not guilty and i will write you a ticket for running a red light and tail gating(because it is still in the 30 days of my ticket) So you either plead guilty and pay the ticket now or else you will really learn your lesson.

Low and behold i asked him how i was tailgating and he told me well if the car in front of you was to suddenly brake you were close enough that you would have crashed into him... WTF is that BS.. I was well over a car length from the car in front of me..

Next, I ask how I ran a red light when I was already in the intersection and I needed to make my left hand turn to exit the intersection. He said i turned when it was red... But i was in the intersection when it was green..

Next i proceeded to ask him how he could possibly write me two tickets now.. He had the ***** to tell me that it was written on my ticket. I look at my ticket and i could barley read his little ****ing notes he took on the bottom. I was never aware of this..

Now i am ****ed. I had to pay the ticket because if i didn't pay it by 10 A.M. Today he would mail me my other two tickets which i am not guilty of.. I think this is bull **** because i really didn't do any of this. But if i wanted to even post pone my court date he would send the tickets out in the mail. I was FORCED to pay the ticket.

ANYONE have any ideas on my legal position here? I wanna know if it's possible after the 30 days that i received the ticket that i could plead some kind of thing saying i was forced into paying the ticket.So he can't write me a ticket for the other two things..

Ohh and i don't have money for a lawyer this is all just to show that Haddon Heights can't get away with this BS.

 

thats BS....i dont think any of the tickets would of suck anyway...innocent until proven guilty

 

Lol, i wish i could have made his day and been like give me the tickets. But i would have to fight that **** myself and i would have to deal with 7 points being on my license if i lost... So i am trying to see if i can do anything, because after Friday he can't write me the tickets anymore that's why he made me plead guilty to it today..

 

my cousin is a lawyer in NJ....he does stuff like this....hit him up and see what he has to say about it....

Edit: Just checked his website and seen the picture of him.. But not to be a jerk off, but he was there that day as the public defender. I asked him if an officer is aloud to do that and what are my rights in that situation? He told me he doesn't know and that he needs to leave now. So yeah he pissed me off even more lol

 

It means he doesn't know till you write a $1500 check that clears....then he will assist you Good luck

 

you shouldve recorded him threatening you on your phone or something and had him arrested for blackmailing and even if you cant do that put that on youtube and facebook and every other means or social networking to show people how he really is
