like i said before, either get him his stuff or at least be honest enough to tell him that you can't get it so he can get it from someplace else.

Gino, as a vendor, or a retailer, you dont have to BS your way to try to sell something. The prices speak for it self. When you make up stories to sell things and then deliever partially, people will cast doubts upon you. You ask people to give you a chance, but you are the one not giving people the chance to give you credibility. Bottom line is, as a vendor, there is no reason to promote your products by telling stories (whether they are true or not).

And since Joel met your on the forums and made the transaction on the forums, it should be settled here. Personally interaction might lead to a confrontation.

Just fulfill Joel's purchase or refund him his money. As of now there is no way for him to know if this TV works.

What if after the install, the TV still doesnt work???? All TVs mobile or not, has a certain life span (hundreds of hours). If this was a display model like you told ME, he would never know long long it will last.

After this incident is over, im sure you will have a chance to rebuild your credibility from scratch.

You might want to register as a vendor here also if you plan to promote and sell your products here.
