Scott, found this on www.performanceworx.com

Company Performance Worx LLC
Address 12 Wittenberg Dr
Fords NJ 08863
US
Phone (732) 225-0926

Something strikes me with the banner, it distinctly shows the company is a LLC. If I remeber in my Business LAw course, he and the partners have limited or no liability if the company goes KAAPUTSSS. He has no personal liabilities of the company.

Secondly, GIno claims the company to be his own. Whereas LLC is somewhat of a partnership. Where is AL to confirm this???

Jim you are right,

LLC PARTNERS are protectect on their own personal liability under it is a partnership. if the company goes under, the partners can only lose their investment in the company and thats it!!

i want a shop....
thing is... i'd first start with an online shop.. get mah money thru there for a while (but i'd let it be known that ti's only an online shop for now) then when i really get the money, and a few loans from banks... BOOM, get mah own shop

that'd be fun, even if i last for a few months, just to be able to say "i had a shop, and it worked, up until i said...'eh, i'm done', and it kicked ***" is good enough for me

oh and ofcourse, customers that are completely satisfied... i can see it now... "OZ-E'S ****ED UP IMPORTS!!! get them while they're hot, LITTERALLY!! THEY'RE HOT!"

J/K

Oz-E, you can actually start by renting out a garage and selling parts online. But it will be really difficult to manage a garage and an online shop by yourself.

Getting a business loan is not as easy as you think. Banks arent as generous to loan to new businesses, especially if its an LLC.

STI Killer...how old are you if I may ask? Your replies, like "sooo...there...touche", etc. seem quite childish. You've written probably 4 replies in a 50-reply thread, and Yellow's issue is STILL NOT resolved. I would suggest changing your name if you allow this debacle to continue...you're not going to be a favored person very soon....

the address on the website, being that the website hasnt been updated for over three months, is my house address...being that performance worx began as an online e commerce site...so in trenton the business is under my house address, we only opened up the store, which was in marlboro...which WAS(was is the key word) in september....now there is no more store, and will be going back to a ecommerce site very soon. the number 732-225-0926 is our business/fax line at my house.... is that what you wanted to know if you have more questions, use your connections from work...because i dont have to answer your questions anymore being that you were NEVER one of my customers, or did i ever do any business with you...

But he can be a potential customer.

Gino, try not to take things personal and respond professionally. Maybe, that will help you regain business.
