May 15th Bear mountain Cruise/BBQ
Not a bad idea, but this isn't that kind of meet, this meet is to get to know the evo community and to see if we should just do it annually. If all goes well, ppl will make new friends and whenever one of us need a helping hand with an install with something we can call on one of the guest for help. Or even just to come acquainted with evos in your own town that you didn't know of. Again im not saying your idea was bad, because it isn't. It's just not that kind of meet yet, maybe next year when the crowd is larger.

Havent seen you guys in a minute.Looks like these get togethers are going to grow.Hey if so we have to come up with a name.Would be nice if the few of us that started this take a group pic and documentate the beginning of something that could be profound.We could rent the track just for our group and other things. What about doing some sort of raffle or contest for something...simple prizes like gas cards or such.
Do something where as you turn in your item of contribution (drinks, burgers, buns, etc) you get a raffle ticket and the prizes could be like $10 gas cards or something. And maybe the greater contribution you bring the more tickets you get to increase your winning odds.
