Detailer in NNJ around Fort Lee

Anyone know a good detailer/scratch remover in NNJ around the Fort Lee area?

Short version: Brought my car to get new wheels/tires/springs installed and someone there (staff or idiot off the street) used my roof as a storage holder $%#$!. Didn't notice the scratch until after I was home and had the car sitting in the garage for two hours (single car garage so it definitely didn't happen there). Scratch starts on the middle of the roof ahead of the antenna and continues onto the upper portion of the passenger door on the driver's side.

I want someone who is good of course. Money isn't as much of a concern as is getting it done right. I'll probably detail the whole car since I haven't done so in the year that I've owned it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Mike

It's deep dude. I brought it to Final Touch Collision in West NY and they quoted me 1100 to fix (roof and passenger rear door driver's side). Most of it is labor because they have to remove the headliner to get to the antenna to repaint the roof of the car.

If I want to remove the mini wing on my Evo while I'm at it, it will cost me another 600 (holes filled/sanded/repainted)

I'm livid.

I actually spoke to Phil as that was my first choice, and he pointed me Robert and John at Final Touch Collision in West NY.

You should post what shop used your roof for a tool tray.

Goodyear Auto Svc Center in Englewood NJ on S Dean Street

Caaraa,

I contacted Phil at Detailers Domain...he pointed me to Final Touch Collision where I was given the 1100 dollar estimate to fix the damage done.

^ Oh man, I know the shop. We send our fleet trucks there. Sometimes trucks go in three or more times to fix the same problem. The shop is always dirty and tools everywhere, the parking lot sucks. Our shop just moved from Sylvan ave to 490 S Dean. I have worked in that area for over 10yrs and do not know of a decent shop.

Same here dude. They installed my springs and tires when this happened to my roof. The car seems fine mechanically so far, but I can't find a good place to do future work in this area. It's driving me nuts.

http://www.elitemotorsnj.com/ this might be a good place for bergen county. I have not used them I have seen a few of thier cars though. I'm lucky I live 30-40 min from Akuma, Krazy House Customs, Turbo trixx, Ivey, Dogbox racing. I have a lot of choices. Sears, Goodyear, TireBarn and the DEA can get my nuts. They all suck!

Thanks 9!

I just got the car back from Final Touch Collision in West New York (North Bergen) NJ and to be honest, the car looks brand new. Cost me $1150 bucks to fix, but they did an awesome job. They even kept the place open an additional 10 minutes for me as I was running late coming into Jersey from Midtown.

Looks like this is a place to consider for anyone needing body work/paint done around the Union City/Cliffside Park/Fort Lee Area.
