West NY/NJ evo 9 owners help (looking for a previous owner)

I'm looking to buy a used RR evo 9 MR, I was wondering if maybe the owner was on here and could tell me what modifications have been done to the car, here are some pictures

I know this car, I met the owner once at the shop ATX in Bergenfield, NJ, they recently closed down though, but I've heard they work at the back of the building.
They worked on Evo's, DSM...they built a 9sec Blue Evo....Narvin I believe was the Owner.....looked them up maybe there's some info on them.....

did u buy this car or looking at it?

Don't know if the owner was in the forum....
Try to get someone that has knowledge w/ Evo's & hopefully figure out what mods it has other than the visual ones.....gl w/ the buy...
