PCD: Last year's version
^yeah man, nice vid. You were flying out there. 41's are no joke!
THe doah was awesome! It took until the last session of the, when I was chasing Pete around, to really get a feel for the car. After that it was on.
First session today was damp, which I loved. I wish I could do a wet session at the beginning of err track day. by the second session the track dried out and I felt like I was flying. Cars I was having trouble with yesterday I was eating up left and right. I didn't have to point anyone by all day. My harrys didn't click off any times but it did record video. I'mma go thru some tonight to get an idea of what I was doing, but I'm pretty sure based on my exit speeds are some corners that I was faster.

good run Grillo. only thing i would recommend is when you drop into the carousel, stay a little wide and drop leave the front passenger tires off the cement when you drop in. it's much smoother.
this was me chasing alwaysinvac and Tim around back in March this year. i think this was Tim's first event in the Z, it was completely stock, tires, pads and all. i keep catching up to alwaystooslow, but then i get stuck in traffic and he'd pull away, i finally caught him at the end and got a point by on video. that's all i wanted and let off after that.
this was my first event on the Kinugawa and running 18 psi. looking at the video, i think i had half decent lap starting at 6:17 and finish at 7:58 which makes that lap a 1:41. that means Grillo's pace was really good for his second time at that track.

Thanks my line, Chau!
So can I just say, going from WGI to Shenandoah was like doing a complete 180. A bunch of 3rd gear, slow turns and just massively busy the whole time. There is no rest at Doah, esp when it feel like your in traffic the whole time. I only gave 2 point-by's the entire day, and was to two Porsches that we already up to speed when I came out my first shession.
For dek. Watch closely buddy, this could be you.

I am mad sore this morning from bracing myself in my students cars. My blue student was in a GTO with what I would call some of the most unsupportive seats made. It also had no oh-**** bar, so I had to use my legs to brace myself all weekend. Thankfully he wasn't too fast and on crappy tires.
My green student was in an STi wagon, which to my surprise didn't blow up.
He was a good study and quick learner. He managed to spin not once, not twice but TRICE on Sunday in the wet. I'm talking tank slapping spinning from one side of the track to the next. Thankfully he kept it off the barriers. I don't know what surprised me more the fact that he wanted to go back out after the second spin or the fact that TD let him go out, lol.
