I want to bring my evo to the event but if its sold before then what happens? Not sure if Id want to track the m5

Cause that damn smg pump is 4k just for the pump! All you read about is the pumps giving out -__-.

The m5 is a very capable track car in stock form. You don't have to beat on it, which you wont be doing anyway if its your first track day.

x2 what Honda-Girl said. You won't be beating on your car like you think you will. That M5 will be a beast on track. you can probably do the whole circuit in one gear.

wtf is the SMG... is that the flappy paddle gear box thingy? I thought your ish was a 6speed...

Quite the contrary my friend. THe SMG pumps fail becasue of daily stop and go driving, not becasue of track use. Its actually "at home" on the track.

I would have to agree, same thing with the smg clutch disks.

It makes sense that stop and go traffic would excessively wear a complicated trans like the ones in the BMW.

That being said, Andy should definitely run his M5. What's with all these f^cking BMW drivers pussing out on this event?!

There may be an Audi A4 that has an oil consumption problem in my possession at this event for a shession or two.
