officially not for sale yet- right now i'm worried about losing all the money we put down 4 years ago for it since our house is on the high end of the spectrum in the area since its a 10 year old home in a neighborhood full over really old row homes.

Mmm that's surprising. Since I assume you are looking over or around the 3000sq ft, 3 car garage mark, I would suggest looking in a community called the reserve which is right off of Joshua road pretty much. Lots of new (within the past 15 years) McMansions with 2 car garage minimum. These also fall into the colonial school district. Another place would be off of north lane in between Fayette and ridge across from the apartments are some new builds as well that might fit what your looking for.

Ninja edit!
Also on flour town road behind Plymouth Whitemarsh hs are brand new beautiful sfh. A friend lived there in hs. 3 car garage, 4 bedrooms, finishe basement and good size yard.
