Only reason I pulled them is because I'm going to run some dtc-60s. you can dd the PFC's but they'll make noise. I don't mind because racecar.
Amsoil has worked well for me in the last 3 years. I don't bleed for flush mine as often as some of these guys either.

Don't know much about PF's compounds, but I've heard decent feedback on the 97 compound. I know a lot of BMW guys run Hawk though. The torque on Hawk's DTC 60 and 70 compound is amazing...

I don't doubt they're better than the 43's... I just haven't tried them yet so I can't talk from experience.

Thats cause your car doesn't see as much track time, foo.

I ran PFC 97's and then 01's in the Z06 back in the day and didn't care for them. Switch back to Carbotech on that car. The 06's are an endurance pad and in the e36's they work very well.

I agree about the hawks, they are my fav pad by far.

43's aren't bad on the EVO, I like them better than carbos. in 2013 you gotta step your brake game to hawks, playa. Them bishes make the 43's seem like street pads, lol.

while we're on the topic of pads, what are you guys running for the street in the EVO? I still have my hawks on, but want to pull them to save material for when I whoop chu @ GTA next year.

it never fails. 10 seconds after I let a silent one rip someone always comes into my office. then there is that awkwardness of not knowing if you should just come out and say it or if they don't even smell it. Sometimes life is full of tough choices...

The Hawks are expensive... I'm sure they're worth it, but if I can get the hook-up on some Rays still maybe I'll try the 44 or the 47 compound.

Honda-*ag, do you think the 47s would have too much bite for StarSpecs?
