i didn't think the 47s had anymore byte then the 43's, they were just able to withstand higher temp without fading. i've gotten brake fade before on 43's even on crappy nt05 street tires when i push really hard. but i do like the low initial byte and progressive fell of the raybestos pads because i don't have abs. don't lock up as much in low traction situations. also the 47 doesn't last nearly as long as ST43. you aint competing, there's no need for best tires or best pads.

 

Marc, I use any combination of Centric/RB/Stoptech/Pepboys pads on my car for daily driving. I don't reall care about having ultimate braking power. Whatever is cheap and free works for me.

Depends of class, but there's not much of a record for Enthusiast Class. Enthusiast RWD is pretty slow.
