I'm hoping to get the rest of the season out of my Dunlops, just have to see how they look after WGI. I would consider trying the RS-R, but would be pissed if I hated them.

On my last Subaru I used them in 255s when they were 180utqg(now softer 140utqg). They were good for autox, never tracked on them. I don't know what heat temps they run optimal at but I had no need to spray them unlike Dunlops or Azenis on the same car. Around this time RS3s were released and started to surface, I just know they stick, like RS3 in old 180 form, so I can only imagine they are more like 100s rated at 140s. . I would run them on Evo if a)didn't get a deal on RS3 b)if Treadzone had them and could build points ups thru out year c) Hankook payouts.

Most importantly they run wide, like 8?mm wide, I had to use a 5mm spacer in front to not rub, which then I had to pull front fenders(this is on a GC chassis not meant for even normal 255s). The 285s supposedly run 300mm wide.

Overall for that price it's a steal, I paid $139/ea then(free shipping sale with Online Tires) when all the other tires were $170+.
