GG Evo on Quaker Ln in West Hartford this morning.

 

You guys aren't going to believe me, but I swear I saw a silver EVO IX Wagon in Lynnfield, MA this past Sunday!

I saw it parked in a driveway and my first thought was "hmm that Volvo wagon looks kind of like those EVO wagons they released in Japan"... then I noticed the Mitsubishi symbol on the back (as I passed it). Then in my rear-view mirror I saw the wheels and the back-end of the car. I have no idea how much this guy paid to have the thing imported... but unless I'm loosing my mind... that was an EVO wagon.

I've looked online and I haven't seen another Mitsubishi Wagon that even remotely resembles what I saw (except maybe the Lancer wagon...but I don't think they released that here at all either... did they?)

 

i think it was the regular lancer wagon. i see them all the time. they stopped making them i think. sorry to ruin it for you.

 

Well... if it was... the lines looked very similar to an EVO and somebody took the effort of putting Enkei 5-double spoke wheels on the car...

 

So there's at least 3 Evos in West Hartford now. You, me (WW IX), and the GG (it's a West Hartford cop). I live right off Quaker Ln.

I saw a silver Evo parked on Church St in Hudson, MA today when I was dropping off my taxes at the post office. What struck me was the license plate: BREVO8

It had a front mount with Buschur Racing spray painted on it in red.

Is it anyone on here?

 

His name is Brian, his board name is 03BREvo8 I think. As you could probably guess, he's got lots of Buschur parts.

 

I've also seen an EB 8 in the South Quaker/Trout Brook intersection area. I think he lives in that area. Also see a WW 8 on Trout Brook almost everyday when i'm going to work. And the GG IX with the 18" SSR wheels definately belongs to a West Hartford Cop. And which one of you guys usually parks on Flatbush between Quaker and New Park, its a TB 8 tinted? I work right across the street. Sold my 03 a while back to get my priorities strait. Gonna get a IX soon.

WW IX east bound on 84 entering Hartford in the morning. I was in my WW VIII and I believe you saw me as well. GG VIII at the Shell station in Windsor. We exchanged a few words, but it was freezing outside.

 

The WW IX was me, and that's funny because I was just logging onto EvoM to post that I spotted a WW VIII this am on 84. I'm usually passing through the tunnel around 7:40am on my way to work.

I always see a TON of WRX wagons heading westbound on 84 each morning, so it was nice to see an Evo this am.
