UDM tearing it up at Summit main with SCCA.

this was my first time on r-comps (used 245/40/17) and without a doubt the most fun I've had there so far. got down to a 25.00 on Sunday, but this session I think the best I did was a 25.4

Thai, that's pretty much correct. But what Obamacare has planned isn't necessarily a good solution. The good solution would be to adopt model similar to the NHS. That system works very well and the practitioners all have jobs and are paid well.

Another rant would be that the government is so concerned about something that accounts for 18% of the GNP but what percentage accounts for these foreign wars? Taking card of your people is more important than fighting some ******* in Syria.

q starz is like 400 i believe vs an opportunity for traqmate for 500? i think traqmate wins...

i struggle with the app functioning properly. maybe its gps innaccuracy? it will usually only trigger every few laps, so i wind up with 2-3 minute laps.

realistically i like the traqmate idea for seeing difference in line/braking points not as interested in times right now.

yeah he did a very good explaining that, and i have had to throw those facts at a lot of people when having the "malpractice argument". my mom broke her leg in july and required an ambulance/surgery/3 days in hospital...total billing? $130,000. the titanium rod put in her leg was about a foot long...and cost a tad over $3000.

all of the competition has been removed from our system because the insurance companies have taken over. their is a person in those companies called the charge master...seriously. that person gets to arbitrarily decide the cost of things and what they will reimburse.

obamacare isnt perfect, but its decent and we have to start somewhere. the infuriating part is that the wonderful republicans in govt dont even bother to read the true economics and how it works. they still fail to understand the fact that it will cost a little more for a few years while everything kicks in and once its in place costs will drop pretty quickly (the whole bankrupting people over a catastrophic event and then the hospital never gets payed example)

i work in a hospital where we are at almost 60% of women giving birth have no insurance and no intention of paying for services. were lucky if a year later we have been reimbursed for any reasonable portion of that lost money...so basically we are almost upside on costs...which then severely impacts the ability for these facilities to function safely.

/end rant

Damn Nate. Do you work in the hood? 60% are no pay patients? Administration estimate and work in the no pay losses into fiscal planning every year. Here in the city, people use the ER as their primary physician and go for just a cough then flake on paying for services.

I agree with Obamacare not being perfect and way too quick to cut funding before the plan is even in place. Effective 1/1/2013, a radiologist and I were suddenly unable to bill for a service we provide jointly. We got and keep getting denials for billing for a routine test. I guess this is what happens when non medical people dictate spending in healthcare. Luckily for me, I get paid a salary and not by patients.

i work in a major city, we have the typical population id say. you have to keep in mind that in a specialty birthing hospital the no pay stats exponential increase over a typical ER. the problem is quickly obvious if you ever look at birth rates by race etc (as unfair as that sounds). the if you cant feed em dont breed em policy isnt followed by many people...couple that with the fact that baby delivery is a flat fee service (example - epidural anesthesia reimburses say $100 regardless of if you use 1 syringe on the patient or 15 yet each of those syringes still costs $50)

you can quickly see where thats headed...

Buy iphone 5s. Done.

Actually try out iOS7 on your current device first. Harry's just upgraded the apps to work with it as well. It may work better for you.

Do you have an iPhone 4 or 5? If you have the 5, it'll be ok. I wouldn't try it on the 4 though. The processor is too slow.

In other news, I drove my evo to work today. Gasp! It is quite a different experience than driving a half dead rolla errday
