Hey all! Names Amanda, I've been on EvoM a while, but never really checked out the northeast section. I'm from RI, and even though I don't personally own an EVO, my BF does and I love it! I have been a huge mitsu fan for years, and am on my second. She's a wicked white 2012 lancer GT. even though she's obviously not the fastest car on the road, I'd like to make her one of the prettiest and hopefully I can upgrade to an Evo when done with nursing school. Until then, I'd love to hang out at some meets and get to know some more New England mitsu enthusiasts .

Hey Amanda do you ever drive up thru Ct on I-84? Back a few months ago while out driving my evo on the way home some crazy chick was messing with me on the highway with a car similar to yours. Same color and model, my car is apex silver. I mean this girl was a real aggressive driver, I would play along and pull way ahead and then slow down only to see her charging back again. This was heading eastbound on I-84 towards waterbury/Hartford. If it wasn't thats ok it was fun anyway.

It's probably a shot in the dark but my cousin used to have the same car as Amanda. Do you remember what the driver looked like? She drives like a bat out of hell, so that's the only reason I'm saying it could of possibly been her haha

 

Yeah she looked kind of short and had hair pulled back in a ponytail or bun. Does she not own this car anymore? It was about 2-3 months ago, let me tell you this chick could drive and she was driving like a bat out of hell. After playing along for awhile I finally let her go by at exit 14 on I-84 seeing that I was getting off soon at exit 17. I see you live in Middlebury, thats not to far from me. Anyways nice mr you have, I love it when women like a nice performance car as you don't see that very often.

I do drive like a crazy bat out of hell lol however I don't spend too much time in CT, I am really only ever there if I am headed to foxwoods, or if I am at my friends house who lives in Foster, RI which is right on the CT line, we go to like Killingly to go to Target, that is about it. lol wish it was me though, i enjoy having a little fun on the road.

Ah why thank you - no she doesn't have the car anymore, she ended up rolling her car right before Thanksgiving or Xmas, I don't remember which one. I love my car but I'm over it looking stock already lol - my wheels should be here by end of February/early March and I'm looking for a CF lip for it. Are you heading to the first show of the season aka Dubs on Defrost? I know it's mostly VW's/Audi's but it's something to do haha
