Hmm I've never heard of that before with EFI - that's good to know considering I was going to go there come spring time and check them out.

I think I misread it. It said you need the access port for a Cobb protune. And then at the bottom of the page it lists prices in the "dyno services". There it does not mention anything about requiring an accessport. My mistake,

Well after doing some good research and with the help of all you guys, I think when I can gather the money, I'll take a trip Down to EFI. they are pretty well known and their services are pretty cheap,

Just keep in mind that trying to be cheap on tuning isn't the area where you want to skimp. I'm all for price shopping, but having price be your #1 decision maker for a tuner will cost you $ in the end. Plenty of people are willing to spend tons of money on parts and cheap out on tuning. Those are people that are usually selling evos with replaced motors in the classifieds.

Haha I know man. I looked up the review of a tuner somewhere around here and the guy literally destroyed the customers car on the dyno. Every person who went there rating it poor, and it was cheap. But EFI logics is a good place to go to from what I've heard and read. I try to do as much research as I can on everything before I purchase it or go through with it. I don't think I will be disappointed,

Ehhh - I've seen a company that was SUPER reputable within the car community a couple years back RUIN cars and they were in no way "cheap". It's tough when it comes to buying anything unfortunately. Cheap doesn't always been horrible and expensive doesn't always mean great. And vice versa.

If you're going to drive down to EFI Logics which is going to be a good 1 hour and 20 minutes I believe for you. Maybe you should look into Dynotech Tuning. EFI Logics are primarily more for Subi's. Dynotech Tuning is primarily Evo's & DSM's. I'm actually going up there tomorrow to get my car tuned. If you have time, do a quick search of reviews on them. I'm sure you won't find one bad review.
