ATTN: Northeast Residents!! Need Help!!
Hey guys and gals, I just wanted to share this story of my friends 8 year old nephew who is very ill. His name is Aydan, and he is battling cancer for the third time. He is currently down at St Jude's childrens hospital in Tennessee. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to be winning this battle. They found out this week that he now has developed bone cancer in his rub cage. His family is bringing him home from St. Judes this weekend because there isn't much left they can do. When they come home they will find out what is left for options and how much time he roughly has.
I am looking for ways to raise money for the family by having some kind of car show/fundraiser to raise money for them and help them with their ever growing mountain of medical bills, and to help them with simple things like groceries since both parents have been out of work for an extremely long time. They also have a 2 year old daughter so you can only imagine thay money is tight for them to be able to care for her as well. I'm hoping all the car clubs out there will be willing to help with this!
If anyone has any ideas how to throw together a meet I would appreciate the help. I've never planned something of this magnitude before and want to make it something great. I will attach Aydan's website and Facebook page so you can get a better idea of his story. Aydan's Army and his family would be very grateful if you would please keep him and his family in your thoughts during his absolutely awful time.
