I might be buying an evo out of PA and have been reading stories about transferring titles there.
Can the seller just sign the title and mail it to me? I know a notary here in TX that will notarize it for me with just a copy of their drivers license.
I will not be in PA in person during the purchase of the car so I cant be there to sign and get it notarized by the PA DMV agent
So pretty much can an OUT-Of State notary notarize a Pennsylvania title?
