I was just there having some suspension work done on Thursday.

They're doing some work in the shop that is (unfortunately) occupying a lot of their time and energy.

Give them a call and leave a message. The phones are working again.

Yes we are 100% open and Tuning on multiple days…Tues/Fri/Sat primarily while we are in construction.

We are expanding the business at this time and remodeling the shop. As such we have been a bit behind on the phones, which is UNACCEPTABLE on our part. We have corrected this and I assure you, you will be very pleased with the results from Akuma.

Regards,

John

Maybe now you do, When I inquired was told sat only. have it I'm an email. Let's not go that route, maybe your tech was having a bad day.
You guys were such snobs about not only tuning, but telling someone stranded in another state from where they live. Sorry, can't get to you til WedThis was Thursday the week before, you tell a potential client were busy tuning gtrs, can't get to you til wed. Lol all the success in the world.

I am not going to engage in an online feud. All I can say is that story sounds odd. If you have the time, I would like to hear more about it. Could you PM me the email? I don't recall turning anyone away from the shop due to 'tuning GTRs'. That sounds like something I heard from over 3 years ago(rumor).

If that happened, we would owe the person an apology. Again, if you have time or the inclination, PM me and I will delve into this ASAP.

Service is key, and I would be very concerned if a tech told you that. I would want to put a stop to that immediately.

Thank you for your time.

John

Bumping this thread.

I've tried calling several listed numbers, all are disconnected and their Facebook page says closed permanently... Did Akuma close down?
