Does anyone know where to get a good inspection sticker. Check engine light on and I have full turbo back exhaust with no cat. Anyone's knows please let me kno. Need to get car on RD

 

I had this exact problem. Easiest solution was to install a high flow cat and the dmv still gave me flack for it being aftermarket but I was still able to pass. Good luck either way. Next time I will just go to a private station.
