OBD could not communicate with test equipment

OBD could not communicate with test equipment
Before i went to inspection station, I used OBD reader connect my ecu and shows everything ready, then after they told me the OBD communication result fail. I have COBB accessport and I pretty sure my OBD port have power. Can anyone help me fix this issue?
