Inspection sticker in Jersey?
good luck trying to get one now a days, by the way this thread is very old.....
Inspection Stickers in NJ are linked to your VIN/registration. So, if you get caught you will be in deep ****.
Just do it the legit way, and actually go through the inspection station.

Holy crap, this is old.
My suggestion in this decade is to go to your tuner and ask for a Pass Inspection Tune.
When I was on AEM EMS, I had to get one for my stock ecu for inspection time.
Every two years, I would just swap my ecu and plug back the MAF sensor.
You just need all your sensors to be ready, have a good gas cap and have an actual ECU that the OBDII machine talk to.
