I just got back from the mazdarevitup at the weymouth naval air base. I had so much fun. It was well organized and it was fun **** on beat on those mazda3s. It was my first professional type driving instruction. My final time was 31.533, not to great with a score of 468. I also saw a fellow members Blue by you evo in the parking lot, it had a evolutionm.net sticker near the driverside rear wheel, and it had New York plates. Whoever car that is just wondering if you stomped on my time or not.
i wish i had gone to that. im going back to Boston thusday, i would of gone up this weekend. how were the 3's? did they handle decently?
oh and this should be moved to the northeast thread.

I was at this today. I saw the blue Evo you were talking about, and saw the evolution.net sticker as well
Didn't see yours, though. I got quite a few pictures of some nice cars in the parking lot.. like that old Lamborghini
I didn't get to race (didn't register in time) but a few of my friends did. Their best times were 29.7sec and 30.5sec each. I liked that MazdaSpeed RX-8 they had there! Nice wheels. Unfortunately I didn't get to get a shot of the blue Evo with NY plates, but I'll attach a few other pretty cars that were in the lot. I was there with my friend who had an 03 Civic Si with Work Emotion wheels. Glad you had fun!

D0WNxSH1FT, the 3's handled pretty well but i do not have an Evo or comparable car to judge it against. But they did surprise me how well they stuck to the road even in wet conditions. The only thing i did not like was the fact that they were all auto's (but the tiptronic manual mode was fun) and when you punched the gas there was serious lag before it put power in the wheels. Overall the event was

Moving to Northeast regional forum. Please keep in mind that the Evo General forum is reserved for threads about the Evo, that are not of regional interest only.
