hahahaha.... oh yea, that 4psi of boost is going to rocket an OZ to ~500HP... I suppose the EVO VII body kit will take the place of all the suspension advantages the EVO has over the OZ also....

Only way it would leave an evo in the dust is a stage 2 lancer vs a stock evo (with the air on) on a straight road. Evo guys, pls have some respect for lancer drivers tho...saying someones efforts are a waste is kinda dickish.

hell, don't get me wrong, I don't really care what kind of car people want to mod. However the fastest OZ I've seen was pulling something like mid - high 13's . (I'm sure someone has a quicker one).. Not sure what the stage 2 pushes an OZ too. ..

stock EVO's have pulled 12.8's ( hey we are talking driver here, didn't say I could do it)

Come on guys I wanna Evo!

It's nice that you guys can look down on us O-Z drivers and laugh. I would have bought an EVO if I had the money. The way it is now, I broke the bank just buying my O-Z. What is wrong with making a car that you own look like the car you WISH you could own??? It should make you EVO owners proud! You have something that others want but can't afford. It's their hard earned money that paid for those mods, give them some credit. At least they are trying!
My $.03 ($.02 plus a tip!)
L8R, Shado

I don't see anyone putting down oz's ... like I said... I don't care what kind of a car someone has / wants to modify...

By the same right, I know a few people with turbo'd OZ's ... and its a hell of a lot better then stock, but not equal to the performance of a stock EVO. (again from the ones that I have driven).

I'll give credit to anyone who likes to modify cars in general. Well, save 1, I'm not a fan of rice, I'm more into the tasteful, understated, industrial kind of look.
But even with that said,

who the hell cares, some of the OZ folks seem to carry an Inferiority complex the way some EVO owners carry a chip on their shoulders.

Turbo's are great but you just don't slap one on any engine and double / triple hp, without a serious rework of the block / head.
