Got my Evo @ Freehold Misu, toojk a while and yes they refused to let me drive it. But think about it, do you want to buy an Evo with 4 miles on it like ME, or one with 45-60 Miles of god knows how many clutch drops and abuse. I DID get to test drive after constant *****ing, and I got it out the door for 29500 June 2003, I did good me thinks. Great service there too, They even fixed something FOR FREE that my SAFCII broke. Go figure...

Speaking of dealers... I visited Brad Benson this wekend. I can't believe they are still doing a 2500 dollar mark up on these cars.

I found this post and found it funny. I live 5 minutes from Freehold Mitsu and drive by it at least 5 times a day. That silver Evo listed at the beginning of the post is still there. They are still asking 3500 over sticker and the back bumper is messed up. I stopped in there the other day to ask and the guy said there is no bargaining. It's there last one and then he proceeded to tell me how they sold 19 Evos last month. Yeah OK.

They probably didn't even get that many especially not because there were fewer cars in 2004
Jeez... what some sales people would do.

I am going to Freehold Mitsu to service my new EVO tomorrow to figure out this steering problem I have. I got my EVO from Manfredi in Staten Island, however, I wont be driving to Staten Island since I live in Toms River! Figures there is no dealer here anymore.

Dude I saw your car there today. Everyone there was pretty pissed off about the whole deal. They were happy when I came in because they wanted me to put the word out on the forums about what happened.

You have the electric blue 05 right?

I bought two MRs from them and I think they are pretty descent. One word of advice though. You should not involve your insurance in paying for this. It was on their lot and you turned the keys over to them. At that moment, their insurance is now responsible for the damages done to it. Just a word of caution.
