If you don't mind driving, hotels are very inexpensive. Come to the central PA region.

We have one next weekend. It's one of the nicest courses in the country. It's at Black Moshannon Airport. I'll post up some more details in a seperate post. Everyone is super friendly and they offer a course walk instruction and a novice drive through, so if it's your first time, it's a great place!

check out the scca website.

www.scca.org and find out the activities in your region. Make sure you buy a road race helmet so you can do track events as well. Snell SA 2000 rating instead of M 2000.

good luck!

You should try the six flags great adventure safari run. I took my evo there expecting to just look at the animals but when I saw the many twist and turns and banks i couldn't help but to open up the car a bit. HEHEHE

This site has the autocross events for central PA. I know they do events in Hershey, PA. There are a bunch planned for the coming months. Our club plans on attending a few of the events. Some guys will participate others will watch.

Keep in mind that any SCCA track event also requires a cage.
