well, there is no official web site . and no official organization. the toys are being donated to Toys For Tots. i started this toy run up and with alot of help it grew. other than that, it will be an anual drive. might get a site for the aftermath. pictures and such. also might have kiro 7 air it. waiting for reply. so hopefully all goes well and it gets publicity and one year we beat out the motorcycle toy run.

Actually spoke to the WSP today and the Capt. said since it would span 2 county's he would have to contact the other one. He did say he turned down other requests for other events but seemed positive about this one. He should call me back in a day or two. Dont hate me if this doesnt happen. I am trying really hard. I will keep the forum updated.

Talked to Q13 Fox and submitted our toyrun to them. They said they would consider covering the story, so dont be surprised if they are there when we show up.

This thing is going to be like a full on car show!!! Be advised the WSP is concerned about a liability issue, so if you (kettlman) can post for people not to be stupid. Remember we are trying to prove that we are responsible. Anything anyone does after the drive down is on their own. Since there might be the WSP, and News agencies envolved I just want to stress that everyone be careful. I am sure if anyone gets out of line and the WSP are there, they wont hesitate to take action.

two way walkie takie may be a good idea to bring if anyone has them. That way we can communicate back and forth just incase.

Cool. I have a bad feeling about the escort. I will follow up on Friday. I should have an answer by then whether it be yes or no. DO you know how many cars fit in the park and ride? Also whats the latest count of vehicles showing up for this?
