Hey now! Nice try though Dave. I already knew those were the expensive ones. So I say, they would definately look great but when you get a big pay raise or a bonus, I am all for it dude! Get the cheaper ones, no one would ever know! J/K

How do you guys think these wheels would look on a black evo. I have been thinking about getting a black rim with a chrome lip. Cant decide between those type of rims, all chrome, or hypersilver with chrome lip, gunmetal with chrome lip.

Have you guys seen this type of combo, what are your opinions on a black EVO.

Sorry to hijack, but it was kinda related.

Thanks in advance!!

Lance

I think Black wheels look sweet on Black Evo's. But so does silver, so your good either way.

I called a couple places about getting the silver Volk CE28's, and they said I would have to wait atleast 3 months ...so I'm still looking.

I ran across these wheels, what do you guys think? They were in the modified mag. I never really like the bronze type rim, but these are nice!! Not to mention the gunmetal and chrome (bling style).

gunmetal would look nice. dunno about the chromes though, since evo is not really a bling car... maybe on a caddy or something.

If you use spacers for a wheel to fit, that means the wheel was not made for your car. One of my buddies had spacers on his car and kept braking wheel studs. I don't know if there is any relation but he got new wheels and got rid of the spacers . Hope this helps Mike, I tried.

With spacers you'll need to get longer wheel studs.
