Up North: Autocross Sunday

Bremerton Sprts Car Club (http://www.bscc.net ) is holding its first event of the 2005 season this Sunday, the 20th at Bremerton Motorsports park.

Admission at the door is $30
Pre-register on the website and your race day is $25
Preregister on the website and then join BSCC on the day of the event and your event is only $20 (registration for new people is $25 but you get a coupon for a future event) *

I don't know what to say other than BE THERE!!! I'll be in the Yellow Lancer #3999 in the MS group. If you've never done this before, the Novice group is big and you can choose to run mornings or afternoons (mornings tend to have less Novices)

* I just confirmed the prices on the Yahoo group for BSCC.

bump- today is the last day to pre-register at www.bscc.org and save $5 off of the registration fee.

Expect to spend about 4 hours out there on Sunday.... you don't have anything better to do, really

I think I've seen you up there before, at the end of last year. Normally I would try and make it but I think I'm going to head to the meet in Tacoma Sunday.

It was good to see another EvoM member there- if only for a minute I didn't catch your name, how'd you do?

I don't think I ranked very highly, but then everybody there has at least a few years experience, I have less than one

uh me? I did ok. My 323 is just out of control in the wet. Boosting 8psi, 3rd gear was spinning at 20mph. I was sliding all over the place. Two of my runs I did pretty good, the rest was just me not caring. The last run on 15psi was really out of control. The car shines more on the higher speed road courses. My friends gtx did pretty well, he beat out all the scooby wrx's and the sti by 2 seconds atleast. His struts are shot to hell and he was on stock 1988 springs, funny as hell.
