TIME and DATE= 5:00 pm on the 20th this friday!!!

LOCATION= STARBUCKS right beside FREDMYERS. Take Farmington rd and you cant miss it. Take the parallel road (TV hwy), look for Fredmyers go around it and you'll find it.

THE RUN= From starbucks we'll take TV hwy head to and make a right on 185th. We will make a stop after a few miles to the near highschool (WESTVIEW highschool)
just incase we get split up.
Then continue on up to Germantown rd to get to Portland International Raceway.


This is going to be fun guyz!!! hope to meet everyone there.

take a look at my info to the left, I don't drive an Evo, therefore I won't be there. Have fun though.

well, considering that you're leaving at 6, and I don't get back to my car from work (I ride the MAX) till 6, and that's on the far side of beaverton (Intel), I'm passing. We'll be planning another meet for the summer too, Josh (evolved04) and I have got in the habit of making some stuff happen

 

i am in, maybe with a few people following in from Seaside. i guess i will have to play that by ear. about how long are you guys hanging at starbucks? it may be super tough for us to get there from seaside by 5. traffic will be a killer. any ideas. thanks.

I'll be there, hopefully right around or a little before 5PM. Probably not going to run my stock car at the track, as we all have a pretty good idea for what it'll run and it's not terribly impressive (although I'm certain it will be faster than some of the cars there) I still can't figure out why someone will actually PAY to verify their car can't do a 1/4 mi in under 17 seconds

Should be fun, look forward to meetin' up with some other owners!

Bummer I was hoping you would run your stock car. I wanted to compare my times when I was stock to yours...wanted to verify how bad of a driver I'am

 

Oh I already did run it once... Hence, no need to run it again

I was totally disappointed, times ranged from like 13.7-13.9 @ 97-98 mph. I think my fastest trap was like 98.9 mph. I was hoping for at least a 99-100 mph trap and I was looking more for a mid/low 13. It seems like everybody is disappointed with their times at PIR! I did beat a modded WRX on one of my runs though, so that made me feel a little better. 60' times were not horrible but could have been better I'm sure. They were around 1.8 - 1.9 I think. I'll run again when I have confidence I'll be in the low 13s / high 12s (should be relatively soon!)
