Ok looks like we are planning late April or early June for this to happen. I started a list on the first post for people seriously interested in doing this. Was checking out some hotels in Vegas and the Stratosphere seems to be pretty reasonable at $40.00 a night. They also have a parking garage and a Valet. The dates would be the 12th of JUNE to the 14th of JUNE. Thats in Vegas not driving times. Let me know what you think?
