seriously though, no one from WA is coming?

 

I work every other sunday, and you always pick the sundays I work to have a meet like this. I'd like to go, but I think I'll have to go next time.

^ i dont mind at all. i am gonna make a few phone calls tonight and summon a few more as well. we are looking perfect for numbers thus far.

Hey everyone, The map doesnt work anymore, I didnt register for classes at Oregon State Univ. this term and they turned off all my web access rights, and I lost my email as well. I will work on getting a new place to host this image. I will have maps printed out for everyone when we start the run.

I'm not actually going. I'm in the Seattle area, its a 3 hour drive just to get to Oregon.

do you guys planned places where to stop yet, (restrooms, lunch place. Because if its not fast food, it would take them sometime to kook for 30+ people) hahah

How many hours would you think the drive be?

 

the stops are semi planned, but we will stop in seaside for 1-1.5 hours, allowing everyone to eat where they want, and get fuel from where they want. people can walk around for a minutes and do some window shopping as well. before that we will stop as a group on 26 right before 53, to allow everyone to be in a group, we will stop again for pics and views (weather permitting) on 101 at one of the view points just south of cannon beach. after lunch we will make sure everyone is together at every major junction we take. if this includes everyone getting out of the car then thats fine. everyone will also have maps, so there should be no one getting lost. the stop have all been arranged to have a quick meeting and take pics if needed, and make sure everyone is doing okay. the main stop in seaside is just so that we dont all flood any 1 restaurant ina short amount of time. i figured it was better to do it in town, then to stop at a truck stop and be fighting lines, and other people ect. the drive should take about 5 hours, pending problems, and the route we decide to take from the longview area.

 

Yeah. it'll be nice to get back before it gets too dark to drive all the twisties

 

should still be daylight out when we get back. part of why we started earlier than later.

Looks like if it takes 5+ hours we should be back around 5 or so?

Also I would advise everyone to get 2way radios as that would be very helpfull if so many of us come ( so far it been estimated at around 25-30 cars)
