Sweet. Now time for some real mods

 

I am selling my RRE headers off an 08 Lancer ES I traded in. $300 OBO. They have been sitting in my garage since I lived in Louisiana. Anyone Interested?

 

Hopefully if work picks up a bit my winter mods will be EBCS, Downpipe and Cat-back. UICP, LICP, clutch.. Going to work on tuning for the intake and hopefully run again this friday.

 

Pretty sure the gains from the UICP are negligible on our IXs, I would put the money towards some cams. Good mod list so far though, ever think of auto-x?

Oh yeah, most UICP require you to run a mini battery kit as well, another reason I dont have one.

 

I've wanted to do auto-x but work weekends so I have never had the opportunity.

As for the UICP I want to run meth injection (already have the kit) and don't want to tap the stock pipes.

 

there is a blue 06 evo mr for sale on anch craigslist for 19k.. anyone know anything about it?

 

Check for a reconstruct title. There is a blue IX that floats from owner to owner that had a reconstruct title. I know of a pretty nice red VIII for sale, it's a little riced out with knock off advans and a knock off carbon fiber rear bumper but it's got a sweet set up power wise. Just needs a tune.....

Blue wasn't available on the MR.....thats a pretty nasty red flag right there.

 

Not liking your car? the thing is nasty, if it wasn't for the color I would have preferred that over mine just for the bumper :P

But in the end I'm very happy with my little car........12.74 with just a k&n filter and a tune?! unbeliveable. (and all season tires)

dont get me wrong i love my car, but graphite was 2nd favorite color to blue.

but now that you mention it, it does sound a bit fishy with the color being blue, and it being an MR. especially with at that price with that many miles.

I guess the fact that i would buy a car by its color than what it has on it just shows my immaturity. but oh well haha

 

naaa, your eagerness shows in that you didn't wait for a color you really liked. :P but personally I think the GG is better than the blue.
