Adjustable coilovers work best but if your just lowered springs you might plow some snow around when we get a good 12"

That is kind of what I was expecting. I need to get rid of my springs then.

Hey,

Anyone want to buy a APR Carbon Fiber Front Diffuser plate? asking local cause I'm not gonna ship it off, too much of a PITA. All bolts are placed for a VIII and IX. Just wanting to go back to the stock underpanel.

I drove my IX on Tanabe GF210 for five years straight as a daily until early 2012 snowfall and where the municipality of Anchorage couldn't keep up with the snow removal. My rear spring gave up and split in two. Corrosion buildup from driving and not rinsing the wheel well area as often. Well I only had a two finger gap all around to play with...
My front SE lip was not destroyed by the the average snow on the road. I was cutoff and had to steer away and ended up hitting a nice hard pack snow berm.
Other than that if you can drive normal according to the road conditions you'll do fine.
If you got coil overs, make sure you do a weekly rinse at least using a drive in car wash to prevent seizing and buildup.
I know longer have to worry about this snow crap. I live in the desert now

Not from Fairbanks, from Delta Junction area but I go every 2 weeks (sometimes weekly). Will be nice to see another Evo in the area.

I ran a mini battery in my 8, anytime it got below 0 it wouldn't start, which is most of December through March, but if iI parked it in the garage I was fine.
