There was no change with the stock air box. I talked to mitsubishi and I will take it in on monday. I will keep you guys posted....Thanks for you help on this

Well I took my car to beaverton mitsubishi and had them check things out. Looks like my car is running lean on idle which is causing it to stutter, And rich on boost which is causing my plugs to foul.... Looks like I need some fuel tuning and my problem will be fixed. Thanks to all of you for your input
