Is this going to be in the Seattle area? Seems like most everyone is from around there. Your best bet is to probably find a restaurant that has bigger tables and meet there for like a luncheon type thing around 1:30-2pm or something (After the main lunch rush), but I don't know any restaurants up there except for Claim Jumpers (which is the shiz).
