I want to set this up to be a "meeting", not a BBQ or GTG. Almost like a board meeting or something. "We" have a lot to discuss on this one, ie; website, the next year, officers, and what not. There's a chance I'll have to be in CA that week (sigh...), but if I'm in town I'll be there.

 

There really arent many places that have a decent sized table we can use that will accomodate a large number of people, and not be noise constrained. Unless someone offers their residence as a place of gathering.

I'm going to suggest Starbucks on 72nd and Hosmer, right off the I-5 freeway in the same lot as red lobster and olive garden.

 

Depending on the time, public libraries offer good size meeting rooms at no charge.
