He was a spectator at a street racing event.

 

i was at the races in kent. that was it, wasnt racing or anything.

 

^^^that doesn't tell us anything either. Did the cop say anything to you before he wrote you the ticket? Need more details leading up to the ticket...

 

It's the S.O.A.R program (Stay out of Area's of Racing)
Its your fault for going to the races.
In Kent, and other highly popular "tracks" at WA it doesn't matter
if your just watching. You will be ticketed. And you can end up in
jail so make sure you get it taken care of.

 

he didnt right a ticket he called in my license number and said i would get a crimal sitation in the mail and have to go to court.

I would contact an attorney. I know it sucks but you played with fire and you got burned.
Maybe they can find some discrepancy and file a motion to supress or dismiss. Good luck.
