sorry for being the jackass on this run guys. I couldnt get that licp to stay on if meant saving my life. i got home and scuffed the top with a rough file and took the advise of the guy in the mazda (sorry bro cant remember your name) and sprayed the coupler with hair spray. so far so good . also thanx for the super glue for nice 2 foot window crack courtesy of Evogod. J/K, stuff happens. the run up vernowhere was fun as hell. i think evogod liked the ferry ride the best.

 

No worries Turbojunkie. I had a great time on this as well, but somehow managed to burn the hell out of my head and face. Damn sun. I stopped at the track on the way back, but there was over 100 people in line just to get into the place, so i just went home.

Seeing the rally start was kinda neat, wish they would have had a bigger opening stage at the stadium though.

 

YA, i was hoping to see some sick a$$ rally launches out of the gate. Mybe we should email em tell they need to work on the starting gate entertainment . cant wait till the next get together.

 

Yeah Vernonia has some good twisties, but some of the road are rather ****ty.

Hey are any of your guys going to come on the Cruise this saturday the 29th? Its supposed to be pretty cool and there are already a bunch of dsm guys planning to go. if your interested in showing up its at the Vancouver Mall JCPENNY and we are meeting up at 9 am.

What are you driving to this meet.

 

My RX8 of course. its what i take to all the meets. Im special cause im the only one that ever shows up that doesnt drive an evo or sti. lol so its pretty hard to miss me.

This will be a DSM, and EVO meet. If you want to bring any other car it should be turbo and you need to run it buy the group 1st.

 

Coming from the head of the meet himself- I really want the Meet to be Core NWDSM, POS, Evo's and friends of the Main group.

 

lol stating the obvious are we... i come to all the evo and eclipse meets (well all the evos anyway, not too fond of eclipses anymore). my uncle is a member of this forum with his 03 evo8 (evoeightguy). I normally just tag along cause he always goes. and my car isnt a pile of **** like some ive seen, so i normally get a little leway with the crowds. plus ive owned 2 dsm's in the past 4 years and i build and design custom parts for evo's, eclipse's, and 3000gt's (among other cars).

now if your telling me i cant go on this cruise cause i drive an rx8 right now. then thats fine, a little harsh but whatever. Ill just ride shotgun and you'll never know that im there anyway.
