Yeah... So im going through a greenlight, turning right, while going down a hill, im in 1st, my tail comes out alittle because there was alittle gravel in the road... I get on the high way, lights start flashing i pull over.... and

"Nice Little stunt you pulled back there, Spedo"

ME:
"Yeah, I have bald rear tires, and my car has lots of tork, you also

Dick:
"Thats enuf, licence and registratoin... "
La La La
2min Later...

Dick:
"Hers your ticket, its for careless driving, you cant go to court and fight it, but you can file a writen plea of not guilty, or pay the fine"

He turns and walks away...
Not only did he not even want to hear me out, in the least... but he was the largest $@!($#ER ive ever come accross on the road... I know when ive dont illegal things, and i know when i get pulled over for them, its my own fault... but my back end came out mabey 2feet left of stright, and he was behind 8 cars, rushes up, and tickets me... HE was state police so i can't even have a trial... I immedaily went to a local subie dealership, had a friend of mine print out a form that said my car was inspected prior, and they noticed extremaly bald back tires, and that during there own test drive, the back came out... So im going to send that to the Judge, with a picture of the road with gravel on it... But it was just the lamest thing ive ever seen... to have to go through all this ****, for a very simple accident...

Oh, and my car is debadged, he didnt even check vin or anything to verify it was even a subaru, the whole process took mabey 5min tops...

Anyone know a good structured letter for "Careless driving" Tickets to present with my pictures/documents

i had a cop do the same thing to me and i filed a complaint and i was called about how they would drop it if i would drop it.. worth a shot

Nice sounds like the same cop that pulled me over last august... i passed an old man doing 40 in a 60 down 509 in tacoma... i got up to about 75-80 and then slowed down as i changed back over so i could get off the highway... the cop comes out of nowhere probably a mile or more back and pulls me over writes me a ticket for 101-60

i pulled to the middle of the bridge cuz the shoulder is a whole 2 feet wide... the cop called me a moron, I mentioned that I was looking out for his safety... I told the judge the comments the officer made and he completely blew it off... changed the subject back to my negligent driving 2nd degree...

I really do hate the cops out here... ALMOST all of them are worthless



as far as your bald tires... they could possibly turn it around on you and say it was failure to upkeep your vehicle...

good luck if your not on your knees or willing to pay a huge lawyer fee in this state your screwed..
