New best in 1/4

So I went out yesterday, and ran a little better than before, Here are my slips.
(this was all on 92 oct./and CRAPPY Cooper tires, 19psi max)...All my mods are in my sig.

RT .204
60' 1.880<--- still sucks
330 5.303
1/8 8.151
mph 85.88
1000 10.605
1/4 12.662
mph 109.60

I used the stcok launch control/two step.

Yeah I promise I'm not tuned, like I said I am waiting, But I do have a 9 GSR so... thats probably part of it, they do so much better than the 8's in the 1/4

your stock rev limiter is what is hurting your 60.

Really how much of a diff do they make? Is it safe to launch from any higher than that?

I do not think your stock rev limiter (5k stutter box) is hurting you. You just need some more practice and you should be able to shave off a few tenths (I can cut 1.60s on my 5k limiter).

What RPM are you shifting at?

you are the only person i have ever heard of cutting 1.6 60's with the stock 5k limiter, you running slicks?? depends on what clutch etc i have mine set at 6k but on stock clutch it wont last long depends on track prep also.

try shifting at 7-7.1k you arent making any more power up there since you arent tuned and on stock cams.
