This thread has gone awry so hey, welcome to the board! How much for a 272 cam install on an Evo VIII? I heard a rumor that instead of a teddy bear you cuddle up to a 4G63 every night

This is Ryan, dunno if you remember me. I used to have a red 2G GST w/ bolt-ons and now a red Evo VIII...I've seen you around PIR and even Woodburn since forever ago...

 

That rumor is correct. 4g63 has been his way of life for over 7 years

Lucas is the DSM Rockstar. I think he told me he has 60+ passes on his setup running 10.8s and hasn't done a thing. Man, I look at a DSM the wrong way it will break

Tom Hartshorn has a GT4202 on his 4G63. He is really doing a good job of making that car fast !! We are hoping for 8's in the next few weeks.

When it comes to drag racing, practice and workin on your setup can take time. Ask Lucas or anyone, it can take a while to get it dialed in, you just got to keep taking it to the track and the times will get better. SEE YOU OUT THERE
